The identity of the visitor is in no way revealed by cookies and the information is anonymous in nature.

Cookies allow us to better target our ads and help us improve our site based on the traffic data we collect. If you do not want to accept cookies, on most browsers you are able to disable your browser’s cookies, restrict them to certain websites, or adjust your browser’s settings so that your browser notifies you when a cookie is sent. In addition, you can delete cookies from your browser at any time. For more information on cookie settings, see your browser’s instructions. Please note that users visiting the site are considered to accept the use of cookies unless they have been disabled by the user.

First party cookies

When you use the website, k61.fi sets some of our own cookies on your device, which are used, for example, to identify you during your visit. If you have not changed your browser settings, these first party cookies will be set on your device as soon as you visit the website. The information collected is anonymous and K61 will not store any information that can be directly linked or identified to you.

We use cookies on this page for, e.g., visitor traffic analysis, statistical tracking, and site and service development. We also collect anonymous information about the behavior of our visitors on this site for marketing purposes. The information is stored as text file cookies on your device. The information allows us to better target (“retarget”) our visitors with the kind of advertising they are interested in. Retargeting means we can promote to you the services you have previously viewed. We also use the collected data to improve our services and our customers’ service experience.

Third party cookies

Google Analytics cookies

The k61.fi -website uses Google Analytics, which is a web analytics service provided by Google. Google Analytics uses cookies in its text data. This cookie is stored on your computer, which allows us to analyze the use of the site. The data provided by the cookie about your use of the website (only an unidentifiable IP address) is sent to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. In cases where Google transfers personal information outside the EU and the EEA, the legal basis for the transfer is the EU-US Privacy Shield arrangement.

Google uses this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, including reporting on frequency of use and internet usage. You can read more about Google Analytics’ privacy policy at https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en_US. You can prevent cookies from being stored in your internet browser settings. In this case, however, you will not be able to use all the features of our site. If you use the Site, Google may collect information in the manner and for the purposes set out above. If you don’t want to share information about your site’s use with Google Analytics, you can also download a separate add-on to your browser. The add-on is available for download on Google.

Facebook pixel and Facebook Custom Audiences

Our site utilizes the Facebook pixel. Facebook pixel is an add-on that collects information from visitors that K61 can use to make Facebook and / or Instagram advertising. When you visit our site, Facebook receives information that you have visited our site through your IP address. This will allow Facebook to link your visit to your user account. K61 does not obtain information about the behavior, names or other personal information of visitors to the pages via the Facebook pixel. Facebook pixel allows us to retarget visitors of the site with advertising through Facebook ads. For more information about how Facebook collects and uses information, about your rights, and how to protect your privacy, visit the Facebook Privacy Statement at www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation.

The Facebook pixel collects five types of data:
(source: https://www.facebook.com/business/gdpr)

  1. HTTP headers: Anything present in HTTP headers. HTTP headers are a standard web protocol sent between any browser request and any server on the Internet. HTTP headers include IP addresses, information about the web browser, page location, document, referrer and person using the website.
  2. Pixel-specific data: This includes pixel ID and the cookie.
  3. Button click data: This includes any buttons clicked by site visitors, the labels of those buttons and any pages visited as a result of the button clicks.
  4. Optional values: Developers and marketers can optionally choose to send additional information about the visit through custom data events. Example custom data events are conversion value, page type and more.
  5. Form Field Names: This includes website field names such as “email”, “address” and “quantity” when a person purchases a product or service. The pixel does not capture field values unless an advertiser includes them as part of advanced matching or optional values.
LinkedIn Insight Tag

The LinkedIn Insight tag can be used to collect information about LinkedIn users’ visits to the K61’s website, including the URL, reference, IP address, device and browser properties (User Agent), and timestamp. IP addresses are truncated or (when used to reach users on different devices) encrypted, and direct user IDs are removed within seven days and the data is pseudonymized. Pseudonymized data will be deleted within 180 days. K61 does not receive the personal information collected by the Insight Tag, only reports and announcements (that do not recognize you) about the website audience and the effectiveness of the ads. LinkedIn also provides retargeting to site visitors, allowing K61 to display customized ads on LinkedIn platforms using this information, but without identifying the visitor. LinkedIn users can control the use of their personal information for advertising purposes in their account settings. The LinkedIn Privacy Statement is available at https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy

11. Additional information

If you have any questions regarding our processing of personal data, you can contact the controller using the contact information provided in section 1 of this privacy statement.
